Kinda Stuck - Looking For Messie

I'm stuck when searching for the second batch of Mr. Hertz to get to the T.V crew man who turned into Messie and flooded the place with the tsunami. If anyone could give me their locations it would be much appreciated

Second, huh?
These are the place:
Dig in front of the submarine.
Dig in the cave that you can't go in, near the red octopus.
Edge of the cliff looking over the hertz. The cliff that the mermaid is looking toward. Nope it isn't the mermaid it was referring to, tricky eh?
Dig in the center of the five stones. Not to hard to find.
Dig next to the overturned chair, not the obvious one, but the one slightly hidden. Take the narrow path to get there.
P. S. : Save after it. Coz you will fight the boss.
