Talk to Pat (green hair and purple clothes) at the top right (or top, if you're not looking at the map diagonally) corner of Whazzap Ruins 1. Then find Gemini Spark on the EM road in Whazzap Ruins 2.
After you beat le mu go to whazzap ruins 1 at the top right pedastel there will be a prson talk to him and then pulsle in and go to whazzap ruins 2 and on the right side look around and you'll find gemini spark
