Well I only have two but I am rogue from a wave command but the two I have are 5 and 4, 5 is were you fought messie but a mr hertsez looks dead but he is holding inde frag 5, 4 is in vega hideout it is left when you enter it it is a video thing on the loeft but it is in the burmuda maze where you fought rogue but there is a warp hole there hope

There is one from the doghouse in the alternate future (finished game) and one from gemini spark. One in the loch mess after you beat plesio surf and the es in the lift for the black diamond run. From a guy you hep who teaches you about indie fragments.I can't remember the rest. But your taking a risk being megaman rogue. You have to lose all your brothers ,but you have an em wave barrier protecting you. But you can't use mega cards

Indie fragment 6 is in the lift(the broken one)you have to press it and then there will be waves coming from it.
