How do I get the Battle card "Ambush Panel"? A site says it's a Green mystery wave at whazzap lines, and at Loch Mess 2...but I couldn't find it. Where is it?

I found my ambush panel from one of the chip traders because I could not find it any where else but then I found it in loch mess 2 because you have to dig to find it.
