Hey
Im stuck at the part where you get grandpas letter...what does it say???or mean?or where does it tell you to go?

It means that you have to go to your house and go inside. There you will see a dog house outside a window, go near it and click the A button. After you need to go to oran isle and find the air filter. Jack in and talk to the program. After that go to the bottom left corner of the area and click the A button on the panel. hope this helps!
