Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team

Where do you get the dark chip that I think is called Dark Drill?
And this is for Knight Chaos?
I've gotten all the other dark chips, but not this one!

End area 1 go down the first path and find a dead end.there is actually a invis. Path. A heal navi will sell for 3000 zenny
