Question for May's Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville

Two puzzles are driving me crazy. They are bonus puzzles 104 Apples and Pears and 121 Divide the Inheritance. I have been working on these for days but not getting anywhere. Anybody got the answers?

I HAVE TRIED GETTING THE LETTERS UP BUT WILL NOT COME UP CAN YOU HELP ME

The shape for the inheritance one should look a bit like this

OO
OO O
OOOO

Fit this shape into bottom left corner. Then rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise - this should fit the bottom right corner - continue for the other corners.

Put this in 3 times and it said wrong so reloaded game and it said correct, assume it was a glitch
