Question for Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time

I have been trying to find a way into the Vim factory, but I can't find anything to unlock the other steps. What do I do!

There are metal towers. Do the things that get them lit up, then all the steps will appear.

the first tower is self explanitory, the second is on the other side of the factory. You need to go around the back using the yellow lifts and the babies. There you'll find the 2nd tower.

You need to jump(piggyback style) and when you're in the air press X and the babies will hit the block,making four appear.The bros will line up and baby Luigi will be first. Press the buttons in this order when the block above them in multi-colered: Y X B A
You have to hurry though,wait too long and the block will disappear,reappering at Baby Luigi.
