How do I get into the labrotory thing at the top of mushroom kingdom? I keep trying to get the second block but I never got it! Please I need help!

You go where the toad worths are then learn bros ball THEN you drop the babies hit the block go into bros ball go up the stairs hit the other block your done... BUT you have to go back down to get the babies it's really frusterating (spelling)
