6 of the attack pieces are in the woods before you pass Wiggler. To get the last four, you have to go talk to the Sage in the sky and then you can pass Wiggler to go find the other four attack pieces. Those attack pieces are important because they give you a attack that will make the Sage unbalanced and then he'll give you the Star Cure for making him lose his balance.
