Just keep attacking him and avoid his attacks which are quite predictable and get the food for health. Hope this helped. :3
Just keep on attacking and dodging his attacks. His attacks are simple you punch him when he walks up to you, you duck at the right time when he has the the ball and chain and often duck after. And when he turns into a ball and goes all over the place it's best to duck when he is falling. Also in the fight when you get hit food gets tossed in the arena this will help you if you use the vacuum block.
