The way you do that is when you first walk out of bowsers body there should be a yellow pipe like right in front of youand walk in there go striaght down and turnl


eft and jump on those platforms that has arrows pointing left then if,you look you will see air coming from the ground use whirlwind and go Cross it and you should be in the air then you will see a blue pipe go in there and use your whirlwind whenever you see air coming from a platfrom after you passed that you should see a blue shell hit it by jumping underneath it and do the minigame then you will get the drill
