I use Dry Bones and the Egg1 or Dry Bones on the Poltergust 4000.

No one charachter is the best, but my favorites are ROB and the BLS kart, and yoshi and the egg 1 kart.

I think no one but if I had to choose ill pick yoshi in the egg kart, Dry Bones in kart#7, luigi in kart #3 or waluigi in kart #7.
