You need action replay and I don't have one so I can't help you there and look at a walktrough to get short cuts but because I am a nice guy I will list all of the ones I can remember
Bowsers castle: there is one on the spinning thing don't take the original exit keep going right and you will save a ton of time
Delfino Square: on the turn that leads up to the bridge you will see two crates beside that is a open road but it is mucky so have a mushroom or any
Other speed boost
