Hey I don't know how to get Noko Noko beach? Please help me I don't know where it is or how you get it thanks

I don't think thers such thing as a noko noko beach it's koopa beach maybe thats what it's called in another version like japanese or somethin.

noko noko beach is koopa beach.play koopa beach on exhibition and get over 200 points.you will unlock sunset beach.also you have to change the time in your ds to 16:00.

Noko noko is japanese for "koopa troopa" which makes it koopa troopa beach.
