How am I supposed to give the silver scarab to the werewolf in human form? He is the banker but I can't do magic in the bank? Does any one know?

All I know right now is you need an incantation, which I haven't learned yet. Just keep taking classes and you should probably get the incantation for it. My mistake. Talk to Malila in the Emporium. She will tell you about the werewolf, the potion, the incantation and how to give George the potion. I did this last night.
