This is a really stupid question... But in the very beginning of the game, after you make a fire and the guy (I forgot his name) tells you that he wants to eat, so he wants you to cook for both of you.. I have absolutely nothing to cook or grill on the fire, but every time I try to leave the cave to get food he won't let me leave!!! I don't know what to do? How do I get past this, what do I do?

The only thing I know is to restart the game. You're not very far so just erase it a start over, and be sure to have food with you next tiime
Im pretty far along in this game and can't remeber much of the begining but I suggest the you walk up to sam (the guy) and click join at the top left corner then try and tak him out of the cave with you.
P.s. If that doesnt work tell me what he says when you try to exit the cave.
well, what I did was restart the game and then get the food when I was collect the firewood.
