Ok I need a lot of help I need to get to the mugwort herbs but I can't get past
The poison gas I did every thing the other question about this said{and by that
I mean the answer}but the gas is still there and james wont tell me a thing help

You might have to restart your game I've had to start it 3 time now.

Did you visit the hot spring? The dialog from James only seemed to appear after I visited the hot spring with James, went back to the lab, and asked about medicine. With my daughter's game, it took a few trips to the hot spring for the dialog to come up when you ask one of other characters about medicine. I never had to restart a game.

You have to go around the smoke from the left

Dont go around the smoke, it is impossible to go around (If your playing as certain characters) But seruosly going around the Gas is an easy way of suicide.
