There really is no way you can get a proper answer to puzzle questions, because there is a common specualtion that some of them differ, such as the puzxzle where some find a blank section in the middle and some may find a block there. Not only that, but there are possibly more than one way to solve each puzzle. All I can tel you is this:
1. Stock up on everything, including stamina mushrooms
2. Go back home or at least to cave two after every puzzle you do each day since you'll use up stamina going through the wasteland AND hopping over all the others (each jump costs 1 stamina)
3. Quicksave, draw a diagram of the puzzle and then shut the game off. Make sure you mark which are crates (C), which are stone blocks (B), which are unmoveable stone blocks (U), and which are spaces (S). Use the capitals to abbreviate when drawing, and draw two diagrams. Use one of them to figure it out, writing down each step you do along the way, and if you screw up, draw another with the other diagram you saved instead of starting up the game again. It may seem like a hassle, but trust me, it's less stressful because you're not hunching over a game screen wasting your battery and stamina, and you can bring the puzzle anywhere with you to solve. On a personal note, this strategy has helped me solve these puzzles (namely the final one-now THAT'S a tough one) along with dungeon puzzles from the Legend of Zelda series.
