Where can I find a clam for my scrapbook?

You get a clam at the beach by digging every-where with the stylis feature, but this takes hours.

My sugestion is that if you fill your bag up with whatever you can find then press A while running around on the beach. When Keith or Skye says "my bag is full" dig there. Although you might want to walk instead while doing this, I run for this but it's harder to re-find that spot.

I always get my clams when I go to get Abalone on the rocks to the east of the east beach. When you climb up there and jump across, the longer rock usually has one or two clams on it- just tap the screen to look, you don't even have to dig them up when you find them. Or you could fill your bag and just keep hitting A. It's easier because it's a smaller area to cover.
