I'm trying to finish my scrapbook, and besides a few fish- Sea Bream, Japanese Hunchen, Flatfish, and Parrotfish- I just need recipes. Please tell me how to make Butter Fried Clam, because the recipe I've been going off of doesn't work.

Based on your spelling of one of the fish and the specific recipe you need, I have a feeling I know which walthrough you are using. The ACTUAL recipe for Butter-Fried Clam is:
Short-neck + Rock Salt + Brown Seed (Stir-fry)
No actual Clams involved.
Also, if you're searching on message boards and stuff for help, you may have more luck searching for the "Japanese Huchen." Not sure where that walkthrough got "Hunchen" from. (Incidentally, I had luck at night near the waterfall in the plains.)
