How do I get the Keys?

First, take a breath. Calm down. If you are walking around in your uniform, talk to a guard after saluting him, and he will ask you if you are handing out food. Say yes, and your bag will open so you can choose what to give him. This is how it will work, you just have to find the person with the key you want (list is on the wall in the locker room) and talk to them and this food thing should happen as well. The Squad leader is where I got my boat key, and I found him in the potato patch behind the main building. You just have to talk to him there. I don't know how to get to the Foreman, but I read something saying you should take your uniform off, step into their office so you're across the desk, then put it on and you can talk to him. Haven't tried that, though. Don't be too afraid to take your uniform off inside, though you should save first. You don't automatically get caught- I had to do it to sneak into the Boss's office for the sea chart. When he's waking up(7 AM exactly) apparently he can only see you if you're in uniform.
