After you cross the volcano lake and the pass that looks like a maze, there..

First, make sure that you have brought Skye up to the Caldera to activate the switches to the right of the path to the creepy maze. It's up a couple of ledges but it's there, and you need t o activate them to work the puzzles. Now when you're doing the puzzle you have to push the blocks and boxes around so the wooden boxes align with the bottom of the columns with the step-switches on them. If you go back up to the step-switch on the entrance side of your puzzle room and activate it the room should fill with water, making the wooden boxes float up to your level. I can't tell you the exact way to solve the puzzle but it gets easier with practice; remember you can only jump two spaces at a time and cannot step onto a box on a diagonal from you.
