Perform an Endotracheal Intubation?

I'm on episode 2 I love kakkii

I can't figure out how to do the Endotracheal Intubation. I have read the FAQ on this website (http://faqs.ign.com/articles/873/873415p1.html) but I can't visually think it out to perform the surgery. Any suggestions/tips are welcome!

Touch the screen in any area around the yellow arrow. Don't go too far |
| though. If you miss it, the vital sign bar will deplete by quite a lot. |
| - Start sliding your stylus following the purple path between the two white |
| borders. DO NOT take your stylus off the screen. |
| - Once you get down a bit down the mouth, you will find two big paths |
| diverging up and down. The top path is the trachea and the bottom part |
| is the esophageus. You want the intubation to get into the trachea, so |
| choose the top path. |
| - Right before you enter into the trachea, you will see a very small |
| dead-end route on top of the trachea path. At this point, move your |
| stylus so it touches the wall that separates this dead-end and the |
| trachea. You can even go over this wall a bit. |
| - This is the part where the detection of the game is VERY INACCURATE. |
| - You CANNOT go into the trachea from the middle or lower part of the |
| purple path. If you try to do that, you will lose some of the vital |
| sign bar and you need to start over from the beginning. |
| - To enter further down into the trachea, slide your stylus ON TOP of the |
| top wall (the black area above the top white border). Ignore the purple |
| path below and just imagine that there is an invisible path as big as |
| that purple path ON TOP of the wall. Slide along this imaginary path. |
| - Keep sliding down until you reach the end of the trachea (still in the |
| black area), and Tendo-san will say that the process is now complete. |
