What is wrong with Kouichi Inose?

In the game, in episode one, there is a motorcycle accident. The little girl was hurt and so was the guy on the bike (Kouichi Inose). The boy is the brother of a woman staying in the hospital. I found all of the symptoms for the girl. So my question is what is his last symptom? I found all of them except for one. It keeps saying that there might be internal bleeding, and Kouichi Inose keeps saying "ouch it hurts a little to the.." but the sentance is never finished. I can't seem to find the last part.

Have you tried to check his pulse on his neck rub your hand back and forth until red the doctor should say something about having a weak pulse

Hey I'm stuck at that part now did you figure out the last one? I got neck pulse pain in abdomen and facial paleness......

1. Neck pulse is rapid

- SELECT [Palpation]
- RUB his neck


2. Cannot feel pulse

- SELECT [Palpation]
- RUB the wrist of his left hand (the one that is
going up, just beside his head)


3. Facial paleness

- SELECT [Your vision]
- POINT to his face


4. Pain in the upper abdomen

- SELECT [Palpation]
- RUB the big purple bruise on his left chest
