You must build the stairs as Legolas and jump from the top of stairs to the second floor.

First you must build stairs as Legolas and jump to the landing. There will be stones to build a pillar. When built, lure the troll over and he will get his chain caught around the pillar. Walk on the chain and shoot him. Change to Gimli to power smash the object in front of the trap door and enter. Do all the Gimli power smashes and build the second pillar. Troll will get stuck again. Use Gimli to power smash the pillar. In free play, you will have to change to Gollum to climb the wall first, and then smash the pillar or you will have to start from the beginning at the river monster.
