What do I do in the sandbox? I have built the 4 "fish" looking skeletons around the pit, built two snowmen (or is it one?), and built 2 skeleton men with mustaches. So what do I do? How do I even get the minikits?

I read from one walkthrough, it's impossible to complete the sandbox level. It's not a complete level.
