The Elder Wand cheat seems to change the wand one would normally use to the wand that is buried with Dumbledore as well as, make one's Reducto spell a one hit kill.

Lol, can't edit as guest so here's a comment type of edit to my answer. It's not just Reducto all spells that are capable of dealing damage to people or objects become capable of destroying the target with one cast.
