1.Use Dumbledore's deluminator and take out one of lights in the lamposts. Inferi will chase you, but just get to one of the goblet claw things and put the light into it.
2.Grab the goblet and go to the basin.
3.Repeat steps 1-2 with all of the lamposts and all of the goblet claws.
