Actually, I think you have to finish the last level in the game and do Death Eaters, not "everybody". I'm not tryig to be snobby though.BellatrixloveVoldybutchoseHarry answered:
You need to finish The Deathly Hallows Part Two to get the last levels in the Dueling Club. When you finish the whole level, you get Lord Voldemort. You need to get character tokens too.
