Take the light from the island and jump to the left, go throught the next two sections and you'll be returned to the cave door. Light the lamp. Jump back to the previous section, grab the light and return to cave door and light the 3rd lamp. Go through the cave entrance.

I was stuck on this part for a while. To get the light off the island you have to take it with you over the stepping stones to the left. Use the light to open the gate with the red wall, which turns into a transport panel. Use the deluminator to recapture the light and take the transport panel, it will take you to the next step. Send the light to the unlit lamp on the left and then take the light from the lamp that was already lit on the right, once you complete this step and have pulled out the stairs, completed the snake panel and released the third transport panel, use the remaining transport panel. When you try to use it you will see a circle with arrows, press your direction controller to the right at the same time that you press A(if it doesn't seem to work, release both buttons at the same time). It might take a few tries, but it will get you back to the main cave entrance where you can light a lamp. Then get back on the transport panel again, pressing the left direction control while also pressing A, this will take you back to the last light. Once you get the last light, take the transport again pressing the right direction control and the A button. Hope this helps.
