After running from black cloud.move the ladder to right. Climb up the ladder. Shoot the death eater. Press A to bring a ladder across the gap. Walk over then jump up to shelf on right. Jump up to shelf on left. Then make a blind jump again up to left. It is on shelf above where the first ladder is.

It's in the last chapter of the order of the Phoenix it's wear you get chased by the debris it s up the ladder
