Question for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7

I have completed the game won all the duels but I still have about ten character tokens locked is this a glitch or what am I doing wrong????

I also have finished the game and won all the duels, still dont have the Daily Prophet Photographer or Prof. Trelawny or Character #2. Any suggestions?

I don't have an answer but I have a question in year six I'm in the cave and I was wondering how to open the box that the pets dig up?
