You have to turn into an animal and use the pet tube after putting water in that machine by the stalls. Once you do that than use wingardium leviosa on the connector near the ceiling (it will indicate it. Once you do that, water will come into the giant tub and a couple of legos will come out and when fixed will make a dynamite. Once built than put that in the stall with the broken door (once you break the door with the spell. Place the dynamite into the toilet and use WL to pull the triger.
