When you get out of the secret passage and into the basement you have to find the four notes. One of the notes is up the stairs near the door, another is on the top of the shelf and another is under part of the floor.One done harry will put the code into the safe and you get the key. Go up and unlock the door and go through. When you appear in honeydukes there will be people in your way. Just talk to them and fred and george will take care of the first one. The second you have to levitate the ladder so you can get through and the third you have to repair the broken class case.
I think the missions change on different consoles. This is for nintendo ds but it might work for other consoles.
