Question for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4

Year 3 - Banishing Boggarts.
Does anyone know where the 2nd Character card is. I have one of them but am unable to find another. Please help.

Blast the 3 blinds covering the big windows (downstairs). Took me forever to figure that out too!
