Question for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4

These answers are not helping. I need to get Harry out of borgan and burkes and fred or george needs to distract the customers. HOW?!
I can't blow anything up, or get Harry out.

Hello, I think you mean Honeydukes, is that right? Well if so, there is a glitch in the game that menas you have to do things in a paticular order. Here it is:
1. Talk to the girl, she will move.
2. Talk to the man on ladder. DO NOT move him before talking to him. YOU MUST talk to him first.
3. Move him by casting the spell that comes up
4. When walking over to the witch DO NOT cast a spell or get rid of the sweets on the floor, this is ESSENTIAL.
5. Walk ON TOP OF the sweets and talk to the witch.
6. Cast whatver spell on the sweets on the floor
7. Jump on to the platform with all the sweets on. It should make you opposite the platform that the witch was looking at.
8. Cast Reparo on the broken Thingmabob.
9. Break the one next to it.
10. Walk over to the door
JOB DONE
