To get to the vet, go to Clover Meadows. When you are in Clover Meadows, tap the quest you are doing on the touch screen, and hopefully you will get a yellow arrow pointing the direction. You only get the arrow when you are in clover Meadows because the vet is somewhere in Clover Meadows.
