So, if you have a child like mine, they'll have left the scene where the task was accepted. You need to head to the Horse Summer Camp in Clover Meadow. Summer Camp is to the far left of Clover Meadow, use the door port there. Once you're there, you can activate the quest arrow and it'll guide you through the steps.
