How do you build the characters you achieved by getting all minikits. For example, I got a sheriff,ninja,ninja ship, and ninja master but I can't build them in my barracks. Please reply as soon as possible.

First you unlock them then you buy them at the shop then in multiplayer you can change your units hope I helped
