If you mean double keyblade wielder Roxas, you don't need AR codes. Just go to mission mode choose Roxas equip his nobody weapon then add three ability panels to his weapon, then once you go back to the mission select screen you should see Roxas holding the Oathkeeper and Oblivion.

I mean can you get a cheat where Roxas on story mode looks like Roxas from KH 2.
