You will find fuji forest later on in the game. Once you arrive recruit them and you will find them somewhere near the shopkeepers. Bellatrix is found near the shopkeeper who sells special moves and nero is found next to the other shopkeeper when you go straight. I haven't yet tracked down gazelle yet :(
