You can find xene at fauxshore but only after you have beaten the game
He only appears randomly so you have to keep going in and out of Fauxshore. He is in the bottom-left hand corner, under a tree.
You must complete the game and then you must recruit xene and he is at fauxshore but he isn,t there at the first time, you must first go in and then you must go out and then in again and there he is at the west
