Unlock the okinawa's or alpines I forgot route and beat the team called the card then you can recruit them also as a bonus then go to nara tv station and look everywhere for a shadow lizard then go to inazuma tower and have feldt and night in you're team in the hut next to the tower there is shadow omg shadow wow lol!!

Also if you're team is master rank kevin is at the river bank timmy is at the amusmant park in osaka and tod is at cloister

Beat the team called the card in Mary times extra route then recruit them go to Nara TV station look for a shadow lizard then have feldt and night in you're team and go to the house next to inazuma tower there will be shadow also get Kevin go to inazuma riverbank tod is in the amusment park and timmy is at cloister nelly is on the tower
To get all those ex raimon characters and nelly you have to be master level(60+)

To get feldt you must beat the team called .the card.then after recurit him at horrikido .city. Then to get night you must beat kirkwood and then recuite him at nara under a blossem tree
