Eric eagle is obtainable what you need to do to get him is when silvia says go to the station to play kirkwood you put bobby in your party then go to the hospital after you enter the hospital you get eric eagle
Yes you can but after you played against kirkwood than you need bobby in your 4 players-team and go to the hospital and bobby will go talk to a docter and Erik Eagle is coming from the stairs and he's giong to talk to bobby and then to mark and then you have got Erik Eagle

Yes you have to have bobby in you're party (exactly before match wen it sais go to station) and it will tell you what happens then you get him at lvl 40
Right before you go to the station you go to the hospital make sure bobby is in your party then bobby will talk to a docter and eric eagle will come down the stairs talk to bobby and then to mark and he will ask you if he can join the team click yes
Then you should hav eric eagle in your party
