I can't get the border a yard from the floor! Someone help I've had it for a year now!!!

I think that you bring the crown molding down abit and it accepts that. Good luck.
What you do is you bring the baseboard half way up the wall then you bring the crown moulding down so that you have a band in the middle of the wall.
Bring the crown moulding down to about halfway up the window (where the lock is). Then bring the baseboard up to the bottom of the window. Do the wall paper in solid pink, then the crown moulding and baseboard in the dots wallpaper design. It took me about a year too
make the crown molding half way down the wall and basebord half way up the wall leaving a little band
What you do is you bring the crown molding down and then bring the basebeord up leave a little gap in the middle of the two and that should do it
Tip:use the same pattern for the basebeord and the crown mould if not the same wall paint and colour
