Hi I'm stuck on the pink border about a yard from the floor does it mean it's coming from the celing or the floor someone plz help thanx

actually you go down to the top of the window for the pink border then add a crown molding down half of the pink border but the crown molding has to be pink too tht will get u through it but i need help with order 25 plzz
