Ok I have no idea what so ever how do get past the "blue" part.
I have tried everything and still somethings wrong! Also what shoes do I wear?

I am having truble with the blue part and you know those light blue shoes with the heel that is smooth like the small shoes with thoes big heels but have a hole near the toe openings thoes shoes execpt with the criss cross ok and help too!
