Question for iCarly 2: iJoin The Click!

How do you enter all of the dwellings that are "locked". We can only get into the Arcade, every other location is "locked" when I hit 'A' or ENTER to enter the location. PLEASE HELP!!!

You have to complete all your tasks on your list before the game lets you go anywhere and when you complete everything you can go anywhere you want
