Question for Hotel Transylvania

AT 96% I need to find her dad I go every which way to go to the red curser , I have the yellow curser under the red no dad there. Have used every under ground grate no dad. Is it a glitch

Sometimes the red dot isn't exactly where her dad is so look around where the red dot and he might be there. If not then it may be a glitch

After you get to the top there is a drop that is where he is at

I found it finally. when you enter from the side with the elevators ride them all the way up to the to where there is a man standing throwing and a tall skeleton on the ledge above him. the it's the 3 platforms right past the skeleton. notice the one in the middle that's higher had a hole underneath it. fall through it and there is a door.

I am stuck on 96% trying to find Mavis dad! I have been everywhere! I have been right on the yellow mark and I still can't find him? Please help me?
